Closed - On June 5th, 2025, a fire broke out at the nearby business Mr Happy, affecting Copal Cafe meaning that it is closed until further notice. Copal Cafe by Zomay is a coffee shop located at the Zomay hotel on the street Av. Pedro Joaquín Coldwell, across from the Animal Refuge on Isla Holbox. It serves breakfast, lunch, and snacks, offering a menu that includes egg and bacon or egg and mushroom bagels, salmon bagels, avocado toast, croque madame, jam and cheese croissants, waffles, a selection of arepas, yogurt and granola, açaí bowls, and more, as well as a variety of pastries and sweet treats. The cafe uses 100% Mexican bean coffee, with a selection of coffee drinks, teas, and juices.
