The menu covers a broad range, featuring tacos and tostadas with fresh seafood, ceviches, and grilled skirt steak, alongside Po' Boys with options like lobster, rib eye, and battered shrimp. There are also wood-fired pizzas, including inventive combinations like pear and bacon. On the menu there is also fish and chips, lemon chicken, burgers, choripán, and more. They also serve breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

Evenings at Fuego often include fire pits and DJs, creating a laid-back setting for sunset cocktails and dinner. Prices are on the higher side for Holbox, but it’s worth it for the setting and quality, as well as generous portions.
